One of the largest street fairs in Berks County, West Reading’s Fall Fest on the Avenue returns on Saturday, September 19, 2026. Four blocks of Penn Avenue are closed down and lined with artists, vendors, entertainment and delicious food. Local restaurants will be offering food and drink specials, and the area’s best food trucks will be on-hand throughout the day. The event runs from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
