Restaurants Open Easter in Berks County 2026

If you are looking to skip the cooking this Easter Sunday, there are plenty of Berks County restaurants open on Easter this year. Check out our list below (we will continue to update it as plans are announced). 

Note: we are not tracking whether restaurants have reservations remaining. Be sure to check with the restaurant for availability and make reservations early.

SOLD OUT The Deitsch Eck will be hosting an all-you-can-eat Easter buffet on Sunday, April 5. Entree options include a mix of traditional American and Pennsylvania Dutch dishes like baked ham, chicken pot pie, and breaded crab cakes. Seatings are available from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The cost for adults is $22.95 while meals are $12.95 for ages 6-10.

The Stokesay Castle will open the ballroom for Easter Brunch again this year. Reservations will be available from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. with menu and pricing to be announced.

Womelsdorf landmark, the Stouch Tavern, will be open from 12 noon until 4:30 p.m. with an Easter buffet on April 5. The cost is $38.95 for adults and $16.95 for children 10 and under. Buffet options include pineapple glazed ham, turkey in gravy, broiled haddock, assorted sides, and dessert.

Kempton Hotel
Kempton

The Kempton Hotel will offer a family-style meal on Easter Sunday. The meal includes roast turkey, ham, chicken pot pie, and more. The cost is $25.95 for adults and $16.95 for children age 6-12. (Kids 5 and under are free). Reservations and takeout are available between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m.

For $100 per couple, B2 Bistro is offering a four-course dinner with a complimentary drink. The first course is crab-stuffed shrimp followed by a red beet ravioli salad. For the main course, choose from mint- and honey-grilled lamb, burrata-stuffed ravioli, or a surf and turf with filet and scallops. Finish off the meal with a “butter me up bread pudding creme brulee custard” or Oreo cheesecake

Enjoy award-winning wine in the castle-like winery at Folino Estate. The winery’s Valentine’s Day Dinner for two includes a four-course prix fixe menu with an “opening glass” of wine,” live music, and a mini bouquet for each couple. The cost is $200 and there are three menu options to choose from.

Fastnachts are a Berks County tradition, enjoyed each year on Fat Tuesday – known locally at Fastnacht Day. Fastnachts are a traditional Pennsylvania German potato donut, and these specialty pastries have already started arriving at bakeries across the county, and many bakeries, local organizations, and restaurants will have them in time for Fastnacht Day on Tuesday, February 17. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, February 17 with fastnachts provided from Frecon Farms. Regular museum admission applies.

    The WhereHouse, an event venue in Hamburg, is hosting a Thanksgiving Family Buffet. Adults can enjoy the buffet for $35 while the cost is just $15 for kids ages 4-11. Turkey, pot roast, and country-fried chicken are the menu along with pot pie, filling, jambalaya, and more.

    Michael’s Restaurant will be open on Thanksgiving with dinner options that include turkey over filling and a family style turkey over filling, both served with sides and the soup and salad bar.

    The new Morgantown Diner, which just opened in September, will be open on Thanksgiving Day with a range of special entrees that include turkey ($17.99), ham steak ($18.99), crab cake ($21.99), and New York strip with fried shrimp ($22.99). All specials are served with soup or salad, mashed potatoes, and corn.

    Sunset Restaurant

    Sunset Restaurant will open at 6 a.m. on Thanksgiving day and will be open for lunch and dinner though the actual closing time has not been announced (the restaurant suggests calling to make sure they are still open). Holiday lunch and dinner meals include roast turkey or roast pork over filling, chicken Devon and New York strip steak with crabcakes.

    Whoo’s Cooking

    Whoo’s Cooking is open on Thanksgiving Day, but only for those that pre-order a meal by November 25. Meal options include turkey or roast beef with either mashed potatoes, filling, or noodles plus two vegetables and dessert for $15.00. Takeout meals are available for pickup on November 26 or Thanksgiving Day, November 27.

    The Backwoods Brothers are getting out the smoker to prepare your Thanksgiving feast. Turkey breast is available for $18 per pound. Pork ($18 per pound) and brisket ($26 per pound) are also available along with half and full pans of mashed potatoes, corn bread dressing, mac and cheese, and collard greens.

    Clean Plates
    Reading

    For a vegan alternative on Thanksgiving, check out Clean Plates. Options include jackfruit ribz and herb tur’ky with gravy. The restaurant is also offering sides, desserts, and refreshers. Preorders are due by November 20.

    The Kempton Kitchen is offering family-size ham dinners for Thanksgiving. Each meal includes two pounds of ham plus filling, mashed potatoes, gravy, cranberry sauce, green beans, rolls and butter, and dessert. The cost is $40. Pre-orders should be placed by November 17 for pickup on Wednesday, November 26.

    Route 61 Diner
    Muhlenberg Township

    Route 61 Diner is offering pre-made dinners for $17.99 each on Thanksgiving. Order ahead for your choice of roast turkey, baked ham, or roast pork, each served with a vegetable, small salad, and a slice of apple or pumpkin pie.
