Willoughby’s on Park opens

The newly rebranded Willoughby’s on Park is now open in Wyomissing. The former Willoughby’s Bar & Grille has been transformed into an upscale steakhouse. The restaurant, which debuted last week, is open for dinner every night (Monday through Saturday, 4:30 to 9:30 p.m.; Sunday, 4:30 to 9 p.m.).

Pauline’s Soups opens Fairgrounds Farmers Market location

Pauline’s Soups and More has opened a second location inside the Fairgrounds Farmers Market. The downtown Reading restaurant announced the news on its Facebook page. The new location will offer Pauline’s famous soups and wraps, as well as breakfast items, baked goods and salad. The stand offers take-out and limited counter seating for customers.

Chatty Monks opens second floor seating

Diners at Chatty Monks Brewing Co. in West Reading can now enjoy dinner and drinks in the Abbey, the newly renovated second floor dining area. According to Chatty Monks’ Facebook page, the Abbey doubles the seating capacity at the restaurant.

Christine’s Creekside Inn debuts pub menu

Christine’s Creekside Inn has begun serving a new pub menu, according to the restaurant’s Facebook page. The new menu is available in addition to the regular menu, but is only available in the pub room. The menu features burgers, appetizers and limited entrees, all for $15.50 and less.

Berks County Living Announces Best of Berks Winners

Berks County Living magazine has announced the winners of its annual Best of Berks awards. Winners were chosen by readers in 35 categories. It’s hard to find fault with any of the winners chosen in the food and drink categories as every winner was a non-chain worthy of recognition. Here are some of the notable winners:
