Tilted Kilt confirmed for Shoppes at Wyomissing

Tilted Kilt has officially been confirmed as the new tenant for the Shoppes at Wyomissing. WFMZ mentioned them in a piece on December 11, and the Reading Eagle reported on the restaurant’s arrival in the December 20 edition. The Reading Eagle article reported that the restaurant would open sometime in the second quarter of 2015. Berks County Eats first reported that Tilted Kilt would be taking over the former Bensi restaurant on November 12.

Dino’s announces second location

Dino’s Wings and Things has announced that they will be opening a second location. In a Facebook post dated December 22, Dino’s said, “ATTENTION Reading, PA: Dino’s 2 is in the works!! 🌞More to come after the new year.” Dino’s flagship restaurant is located along the 5th Street Highway in Temple.

Don Julio closes for emergency repairs

Don Julio Mexican Restaurant in Douglassville is currently closed for repairs, this according to a post on the restaurant’s official Facebook page. In a post dated December 18, the restaurant announced, “Hi guys : we are going to be closed for major repairs for a few days… We will keep you updated.” No updates have been given since.

    • Nothing was ever really said except that the plans went from three restaurants to two, then two restaurants to one. I think the owners just jumped the gun thinking they would be able to bring in all of those restaurants before they even had definitive plans for the Buffalo Wild Wings.
